Section 01

01General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "the Player") and 0kbajee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 0kbajee website at 0kbajee.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

0kbajee is an English-language online betting and casino platform designed for the Bangladesh market. All services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and promotional offers, are delivered subject to the terms set out in this document. We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue your use of 0kbajee and, if applicable, request closure of your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

02Account Registration

To access betting and casino services on 0kbajee, you must create a single registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on 0kbajee. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different name, email address, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 0kbajee reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel any pending bets or bonuses, and retain any balances generated through use of multiple accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 0kbajee immediately at [email protected].

• Accurate information: All registration details must be truthful and kept up to date. Changes to personal details must be submitted via the account settings panel.
• One account rule: Only one account per person, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted.
• Credential security: You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
• Identity verification: 0kbajee may request supporting documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, payment method verification) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including prior to processing withdrawals.
• Account non-transferability: Accounts are personal and cannot be sold, transferred, or gifted to any other individual.

03Age Restriction

0kbajee is strictly available to adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Underage gambling is illegal, harmful, and absolutely prohibited on this platform.

In cases where 0kbajee has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered user may be under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account and withhold access to all funds until age verification documents have been provided and reviewed. If verification confirms that the user is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be void, and only the original deposit amount may be considered for refund at 0kbajee's sole discretion.

Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to make use of parental control software if their devices are shared with minors. If you are aware of an individual under the age of 18 using 0kbajee, please report it to us immediately at [email protected].

04Deposits & Withdrawals

0kbajee processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 0kbajee does not charge platform-side fees on BDT deposits or withdrawals made via supported mobile wallets; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

The minimum deposit on 0kbajee is ৳500. This threshold is set to keep the platform accessible to players across all eight divisions of Bangladesh without requiring large upfront financial commitments. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be held pending documentation. 0kbajee reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or frequency. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method in the account holder's own name.

• Supported wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard are accepted for deposits and withdrawals.
• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing: Typically within 24 hours for verified accounts. Complex cases may take up to 5 business days.
• No third-party payments: Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are rejected and refunded.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in BDT. No foreign currency conversion is applied on the platform side.
• Bonus funds: Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 05 for full bonus terms.

Section 05

05Bonus Policy

0kbajee offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms below and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be transferred to your withdrawable balance. Wagering requirements represent the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified per offer) using real-money stakes before a withdrawal becomes eligible. Wagering requirements for all 0kbajee bonuses are published clearly on the relevant promotion page, expressed in plain English (e.g., "Wager the bonus amount 20 times before withdrawal").

• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion may be claimed once per account unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements. These must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and sports betting contributions vary per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period specified on the promotion page. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• Abuse prevention: 0kbajee actively monitors for bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting strategies, or other techniques designed to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
• Right to withdraw offers: 0kbajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Section 06

06Betting Rules

All bets placed on 0kbajee are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game category. For cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — market-specific rules govern how results are determined, how abandoned matches are settled, and how in-play markets behave during unexpected interruptions to play.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. Settlement of all markets is final once published. In the event of a manifest error in odds — for example, a decimal odds value of 1000.00 offered on an event where the correct market odds are 1.50 — 0kbajee reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the user's account. We exercise this right sparingly and only in clear cases of pricing error.

• Accepted bet finality: Confirmed bets cannot be altered or cancelled after acceptance.
• Palpable error: Bets placed at demonstrably incorrect odds due to a technical or human error may be voided and stakes returned.
• Abandoned events: For cricket, if a match is abandoned before a minimum number of overs have been bowled (per DLS method criteria), affected markets will be settled according to 0kbajee's cricket betting rules, which are published in the Help Centre.
• Bet limits: Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• Match-fixing: Any bet suspected to be connected to match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other corrupt activity will be voided immediately and the matter reported to relevant authorities.
• Responsible use: 0kbajee reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account at any time if it suspects that the player poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform.

Section 07

07User Obligations

As a registered user of 0kbajee, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with this Agreement, all applicable laws, and the reasonable instructions of the 0kbajee support team. The following obligations apply to all registered account holders without exception.

• Lawful use only: You must use 0kbajee for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, systematic exploitation of the platform, or use for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.
• Accurate information: All information provided to 0kbajee — at registration, during KYC, and in support communications — must be truthful and current.
• No automation: You must not use bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software that artificially interacts with the platform without the express written permission of 0kbajee.
• No collusion: Colluding with other players in casino games, sports betting markets, or tournaments is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• No money laundering: 0kbajee complies with anti-money laundering (AML) principles. Using 0kbajee to layer, integrate, or otherwise process the proceeds of illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Respectful conduct: Any communication with 0kbajee support staff must be conducted respectfully. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communication will result in account suspension.
• Device and account security: You are responsible for securing your device and account. 0kbajee cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

Section 08

08Account Closure & Suspension

You have the right to close your 0kbajee account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

0kbajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: providing false registration information, underage gambling, use of multiple accounts, bonus abuse, use of automated software, involvement in money laundering, match-fixing or collusion, and threatening or abusive conduct directed at staff.

Where an account is closed by 0kbajee due to a breach of this Agreement, any pending withdrawals and bonus balances may be forfeited. Real-money balances deposited by the user (excluding winnings generated during the period of breach) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
